We at the Nirvikalp Foundation believe that it is only through the efforts and dedication of brilliant and determined individuals that we will be able to build the New India of our aspirations. Our city is brimming with talent. It only needs to be identified, encouraged, and given the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others around them. The Nirvikalp Foundation’s approach to achieving our goal is to honor undiscovered talent on a grand stage in Bikaner at the hands of top functionaries. We are confident that this motivates individuals to do even better and encourages those on their teams to break out and take on the objective.

The Nirvikalp Foundation bestows thirty Bikaner Gaurav Awards to individuals whose efforts and achievements are considered worthy. The Foundation’s Selection Committee chooses the recipients of the awards from the pool of submitted recommendations. Besides the work that the individuals have performed, the committee also looks at the value of the work in motivating more individuals, especially the youth, to emulate their example and judges what impact it can have on communities.
